Crescent City is a murder mystery with a fantasy twist.  It's shock-after-shock twists. It has a way of playing with your emotions - one minute you're crying, hysterically, and the next minute you're laughing at something that's been said or done. And the slow-burn romance! I love and hate it in equal measures. She purposefully left me longing for more. On to the next in the series. 

Quicksilver was an amazing read. It starts with action and just keeps going. A captivating blend of fantasy and romance. The story centers on Saeris Fane, a 24-year-old adept at concealing her extraordinary abilities and surviving through petty thefts in a harsh desert realm. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she inadvertently reopens a gateway between worlds, propelling her into the icy domain of the Fae. Here, she becomes entwined with Kingfisher, a formidable Fae warrior with his own concealed motives. "Quicksilver" offers a fresh perspective within the fantasy romance genre, making it a noteworthy addition to any reader's collection. Fans of intricate world-building and dynamic character relationships will find much to appreciate in this novel.

The beginning leans heavily into world-building, so if you’re expecting nonstop action, hang tight—the payoff is worth it. It’s romantic, dangerous, magical, and emotional—perfect for fans of fae, fairy tales with a dark twist, and strong female leads. While book one sets the stage, it’s just the beginning.
